My Live-Fermented Foods are handmade in small batches, using only locally grown, organic vegetables and herbs.
These wild-pickled foods are teeming with the beneficial probiotic bacteria that we all need for healthy digestive and other systemic functions. I recommend eating just a small amount daily to start, if you do not consume live probiotics regularly. Each order will be packaged in a biodegradable paper carton. Please feel free to transfer to your own glass vessel for storage. Fermented foods have a long shelf life if kept refrigerated. Enjoy!
